Nice atmosphere, good dessert, not so good entrees

Went to this place with a bunch of friends.   It was the 10 of us and we got this table at 7:30.  Maybe it was cause it was raining, it wasn't crowded at all when we got there.  However, it got really crowded around 9:30.  I saw about 3 or 4 groups of people just standing outside waiting.

Like the Atmosphere, not so much the Entree The place was very lay back and relax with dim lighting.  However, when we had to order entrees, I didn't notice alot of unique and good choices.  I got a Moroccan Skillet, it is a decent veggie dish, but not something that I like.  My friend ordered the Alsatian sausage Skillet, and that was pretty bad too, and was a little burnt.  The Chicken Paella that other friends ordered was pretty good, it was pretty big.

Pretty good and creative desserts  Since it was a big group we tried a lot of different dessert.  I tried the hot fudge chocolate cake which was pretty good if you share it with 2 other people.  There's no way you will still be enjoying it at the end if you are trying to finish it yourself.  It is pretty big.  I also tried the Eskimo, which was really cute.  It is just a ice-cream cone with chocolates, sprinkles and hot fudge for you to pour on to the ice-cream.  But the best part was the presentation.  It was served on this colorful stand, and I felt like I was doing a chemistry experiement when I was pouring the different ingrediants on to my cone.  The Chocolate Foundo was pretty cool too they actually give you a small fire so you can heat up your marshmellows.  The Waffle ice cream or something waffle related was huge too.  Lastly, there's this Heart cake or something like that which is actually exactly like the hot fudge chocolate cake.

Wow! I love chocolate foundo! So yummy, and you can dip anything in it and it's amazing. Pineapple, an oreo, a pretzel stick, the sky is the limit. The best chocolate fountain and desert experience is in Philidelphia at the Ritz Carleton. They do an entire evening of all you can eat desserts and their is a live jazz band. It is absolutely spectacular. My husband and I will be leaving in 8 days to backpack to various countries around the world for a year or so. Feel free to follow us www.nomadbackpackers.com I will share about our adventures in food as well. Oh, the food we will find!
