Zereoue- Good food, Bad service

Went on a Monday after work.  The atmosphere was nice.  Very relaxing and chill.  The food was pretty good too.  If you like fish, you will love this place.  Most of the entrees are fish, and they really give you the whole thing (head, tail, fins all included).  With an appetizer and a entrée, it cost me about $35.  Only issue I have is the service.  There was only 1 waiter/bartender there, and he had to run back and forth from the kitchen to the bar to our table.  The service was pretty bad.  At the end when I asked the waiter/bartender to break my $20 he complete forgot about it until I asked about it…

i hate understaffed restaurants -- they should realize that saving money by cutting back on labor at the cost of good service is essentially lots of money lost in goodwill from potential repeat customers.
