simple stuff in life... momofuku ramen

The place is crowded with a long wait, but the food is simple and delicious. The broth is clear yet flavorful. The egg is poached to the right consistency. The ramen gives you just the right amount of sliced pork, leaving you satisfied but still wanting more. The noodle itself is a bit disappointment though. Tasted very machine made, like a pack of those noodles you get in the freezer section of your local Asian supermarket.

True that - the noodle was a bit disappointing... but I definitely love the way their eggs are poached.
