Daniel Bouloud is a Genius

This restaurant is the epitome of New York City dining. I went with two of my Hotelie friends so I knew this was going to be a great dining experience. The restaurant was sophisticated without being too stuffy. The burger which is it's signature plate was fantastic! Everything else ordered was also very tasty and I highly, highly recommend trying it.

The burger was like 30 bucks or something, right? How did it compare to some of the other famous burgers in the city?

Exactly, it was definitely a pricey burger but it was well worth it. I really want to go to the Burger Joint at Le Parker Meridien, Rare, and Shake Shack to see how those burgers are too!

I like Shake Shack and Le Burger Joint as well as Corner Bistro and Zip Burger, but I think they all belong more in the "affordable burger" category. If anything, I'd like to see how the db burger compares to a del frisco's kobe beef burger.
