Deep fried tempura shallots? Are you kidding me? Phenomenal. And fantastic drinks as well. Very... potent... shall we say. A bit overpriced, but you are definitely paying for the ambiance. A lot of fun.

I went to a Town in Honolulu and had an amazing pan-fried duck breast. It was so succulent and flavoursome. My mouth is watering again as I think back...
